The Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering Gazelle's SWIFT project.
With expertise in project management methodologies and renewable energy projects, the main objective is to ensure the successful execution of the project from initiation to completion.
This includes developing project plans, managing budgets and schedules, coordinating resources, and effectively communicating with stakeholders to meet project goals and objectives.

Professional experience
5-8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with stakeholders at various levels.

Familiarity with renewable energy projects, particularly wind energy, and an understanding of the project lifecycle from development to commissioning.
Strong financial acumen, with the ability to develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
Activities/Functions
Build the HR strategy for project Nau Azul considering HSE, planning, cost control, quality and technical aspects.
Develop and execute Nau Azul project plan, schedules, and budgets in alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering teams, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies, to ensure project success.
Lead Nau Azul project meetings, workshops, and reviews to track progress, identify issues, and drive resolution of project risks and dependencies.
Monitor Nau Azul project performance metrics, including schedule adherence, budget variance, resource utilization, and quality assurance.
Prepare and present Nau Azul project status reports, presentations, and updates to executive leadership, steering committees, and other stakeholders.
Manage Nau Azul project documentation, contracts, change orders, and approvals in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and value optimization throughout the project lifecycle.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the project team and across the organization.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards, regulations, and best practices throughout the project execution phase.
Close out Nau Azul project by documenting lessons learned, conducting post-project reviews, and facilitating knowledge transfer to support ongoing improvement initiatives.
General conditions
Location:
Based in our Viana do Castelo office.
Minimum 3 days per week in the office, ideally 4-5 days.
Contract & Working Hours:
Permanent contract with an initial trial period.
40-hour work week.
22 days of vacation annually.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: €2,857 - €5,000 gross per month (based on experience), 14 salaries per year.
Food allowance: €9.60 per working day (approx. €200 net per month, paid 11 times per year).
